PROPOSED SKILL TRAINING FRAMEWORK FOR TRAINING AND SKILL DEVELOPMENT BASED ON THE BENG DEGREE /CAPSTONE CIVIL ENGINEERING DESIGN MODEL AT UJ
Skill training and development would be conducted using the model for the Capstone Civil Engineering Design. A modified studio method.
It will be coordinated and convened by a senior academic staff working together with Civil engineering academic staff and Consulting companies.
The Training is designed to draw from current and emerging state, provincial or municipal projects in water resources engineering
The Taining program will cover NQF Level 5 – 7, (5 ECSA outcomes).
The Credit Loading is 28 Units = 3.0 Months work (July – Oct ) 8 Hours Each Monday – Wednesday
